Can any theme be used on a 7250? I asume not due to size and shape of displays but how do I know if it is made for a 7250? Is there a listing of 7250 themes? Is it posible to change the "wallpaper" only like on my V710 (I assume that the theme includes the icons and everything)?

Themes for your device are normally marked 72xx/75xx or something close to that in the post or thread. I don't have that phone and do not know too much about it but you do need to have os 4.1 or higher in order to use any of these themes.

Thanks SRL - I tried downloading the 72xx theme OTA and its not showing up in my themes. Is there anything you have to do different when downloding OTA....I normally do it through the desktop manager. I know the OTA downloaded successfully I just can't find it.

Go back to the top of the page or bottom on main ota page and download the theme_reader.jad file. The ota theme reader file is different than the desktop manager reader file.
That should do the trick.

Hello all I am working on a NFL Theme for the 8700 and the 7100.

Here is a look at it so far. Will try upload to my site tonight as I didnt have time this morning.



The pic is a bit choppy and a bit too big lol

I will have several versions to this theme ie; big icons, small icons , transparent and different bg screen.

Ok, black was the wrong color. It's actually worse now because of the black in the FTC picture.

I'm open for suggestions at this point.

I have downloaded a few of the zips here for the 72xx but I can't seem to get them to load. If I go thru the Theme Builder I get everything to work except the background. I'm just wanting to know how to get these to work correctly not that it's life altering. I see the .alx files but unless it's extracted from the Theme Builder I seem to get an error message in my desktop manager.(No additional applications designed for your device were found). I went here also mobile41.com/72xx_sports and tried it also. Is there a way to import from here to the Theme Builder so I can export it or am just missing an easy step along the way?

The message> no additional apps. This is due to the DM looking in a directory you have installed from before and there are no additional changes to the files in that folder. Re-start the computer and re-start DM and try following the install instructions above (link).

You can not import files into the theme builder software and make changes unless it's the .thm file (original theme file) that file is created when you save a theme you have made.
When installing a theme along with the theme.alx file you also need to install the plazmic_theme_reader.alx file too.

Last thought? Be certain your phone is running os 4.1. That is required to use themes from the plazmic theme builder program.

Hey Silentone....I found the 72xx version of the butterfly theme....I love it...only issue is on the locked screen....it only shows the sunflower on about 1/4 of the screen. Do you think I loaded it incorrectly? THANKS!

Ok so I am retarded. I have a 7520 running OS 4.10.273 with Plazmic Theme Reader 1.1.0.14. I get half way through loading and i get it aborts with an error message about digital signatures not being correct??? Any thoughts?

Is this a company BB? Usually you get that error if your BES administrator doesn't allow you to install 3rd party software.
