Hey i would like you to try and make a Cingular looking theme. I like the icons and such. Also try and make a theme with the cingular style header i dont like the default of t-mobile or atleast based on insight or like highway1.1 (a user created theme were u can download the files and edit them) google for tht one

I don't know of any applications?

But i think you could say that screen shots of the theme before downloading it would sure do the trick.
