we have some New 8700g blackberrys, but we would like to know what we need to do to be able to receive Email attachments PDF's etc, cant seem to find anything on the blackberry or the BES can some one help? do we need another bit of software to be able to do this? thanks kelly

Umm...

1) Are you connected to a BES server (from your company)? That is the "supported" way to get attachments.

If not,

2) try what I do and suggested in another thread (you would need to have an email from your provider. Search this site for "attachments"
