Can anyone point me to a site that has non song ring tones. I think they are cool but never reccognize my phone when I use songs, it just sounds like background music to me. I need sounds like bells or some non musical type ringers.

Which BlackBerry are you using? The ringtone file formats are different for different models.

Since the 7130e can handle polyphonic MIDI ringtones, you might try the "International World of Old Phone" website at http://www.dence.net/oldphone/. It's a collection of realistic ringtones from antique phones. You can preview the ringtones from your computer if you have a MIDI-capable sound card.
