Question: Can you unlock Orange France or Cingular US Filesets on Nextel 7100i? -

I've only had my BB for about a week. I currently have the O2, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Vodafone filesets open - thanks to the awesome posts in this forum!
However, even after removing the vendor codes, it appears that the Orange France and Cingular US themes were not unlocked.
Is it possible to have those two themes on my phone?
