hi I'm a new bb user and I'd like to know if there's a possibility to use the usb cable to transfer pictures and themes

Email the pictures to yourself. Then open from your BB.

Themes Yes, pictures, not without a 3rd Party App. Search the sponsors forum, there are a couple of apps that will.

It's called a search people... know it, use it and love it! It's there for a reason. This has all been discussed in previous threads on more than one occasion.
