OK... I am not figuring this out. I want the Zen theme on my 7100i and cannot get downloaded correctly. Can someone help me with this. I can get the zip files on my desktop but cannot proceed from there. Any help would be nice.

that is an ALX file NOT the Zen theme. here's where you download the Zen theme from:

however, as it specifically states:

"This theme is NOT currently supported on the 7100i"
