Maybe I am missing something here, but I am new to the 8700c having converted from the 7250.

I love the MP3 idea and feature, but can someone please tell me how to transfer MP3 music files to my phone? I love the ability to use my phone to get them directly loaded, but on this site, there was someone that posted a link that took me to a really cool MP3 ring tone site with movie clips, sounds, and music. I cannot get these files loaded onto my phone. What am I not doing correctly? Thanks for the help.

A good place to start would be the Ringtones, Themes and Wallpapers forum, where there are a lot of threads and other information on ringtones.

Moving this thread there.

To my knowledge you can't transfer directly from PC to Phone.

Upload file to this website:
http://www.coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php

Make note of the File ID provided once upload is successful.
Using your BB, goto this website:
http://www.coolservice.dk/wap/

Once you enter the File ID the MP3 will begin to play on your BB.
Using the scroll-wheel, select the far right button. This will give you the option to Save the file to your phone.

Voila

go to www.tuneusin.com, it is a site that was listed in the forums and the tones there are free, and i think they take requests.

You are going to put that URL in every post, right?
