I resent the service books. Still no browser icon. How do you launch without the icon?

No browser icon on the home screen, or no browser icon in the entire application list?

Alt + Esc

The Browser is always in there for me.

Otherwise i would suggest sending an email to yourself with a web link. Click on the web link and see if your browser opens.

Also, do you have the browser hidden?
