tried to download monday night football ringtone from this site to my 8700c, when i clicked on link to download my handheld went blank...white screen then took forever to restart. not sure what happened? any ideas? anyone else have similar problems?

i didn't mean to infer the site had a problem, just that i was having a problem. just wanted to clarify.

i've downloaded from there a few times and didn't have any problems with the ringtones. did you try again to see if it went blank again? maybe you should do a backup just for the hell of it, being proactive never hurts and not saying it'll crash on ya either, don't want to get you nervous or anything.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue man, hopefully I can help trouble shoot you through it. first off, I haven't heard of ANYTHING like that before, so let me say "wierd". BUT....if youare using an 8700C, we have seen some pinpoint issues that we believe may be fixable. Check out the forums on <http://www.tuneusin.com/forum> and check the thread about it there. I believe it is related to software versions.
