Could anyone please help me with this...as I am having so much trouble trying to get this on my phone. I am trying to download the Ring - Normal ringer off this website. Free Sound & Effects Ringtones

It looks like it is free...but maybe not?????? If anyone can help, as I am not savy at all with this thing....I just want this ringer on my phone because it suits my needs with a fully escalating ringer.
