Default Adjusting Ring Tone Volume - 10-24-2006, 01:37 PM

need help with my 7100i, I would like my phone to vibrate all of the time regardless if it is in the Holster or not. Yesterday it did this, today, I get a ring on the phone but vibrate on the email. I have played around with the Profiles, but even when I enable the Vibrate profile the Phone still rings.

Suggestions?

Select your vibrate profile, after doing this click the track wheel again and select edit. Go thru each of those catagories and change them in the manor you wish them to work.

sr|7741-

Thanks, I did as you mentioned and in fact every option (from Browser to Tasks) under edit is set the same:

Out of Holster: Vibrate
Tune: Notifer_Morning
Volume: Mute
Number of Beeps: 3
Repeat Notification: LED Flashing
_______________________________________

In Holster: Vibrate
Tune: Notifer_Morning
Volume: Mute
Number of Beeps: 3
Repeat Notification: LED Flashing

and yet it still rings when I call my BB.

Any other ideas?

Try pulling the battery out and see if after re-booting it still remains that way?

I don't have any other ideas? Maybe someone else can shed light on the issue?

Question I'm curious - 10-28-2006, 03:28 PM

about something... Why doesn't BB allow you to easily turn your ringer volume up and down by use of the side volume control on the Pearl.
