i have downloaded and installed it, contected it to BB via USB for the file transfer -and it wont let me swap files with the BB...

do i have to do something with the BB itself to make it work...

I want to swap ringtones and pics to the BB from my laptop.

The 8707g does not have OS 4.2 on it. Therefore the 'Media Manager' will not work yet. Everything else should work just fine with it though save for maybe 'Switch Device Wizard', I'm not sure on that one.

p.s. no OS 4.2 is not available for any BB other than the Pearl yet.
