There are several threads that have links posted to web sites with great ringtones. Read over a few of them i'm sure you will find some.

http://www.blackberryforums.com/ring...ringtones.html

your phone will only take Midi tones (sorry)

you can also get Midi tones off my site here> midi

don't expect much out of Midi tones :(

On the 7100i no sorry, Midi only. Only Midi tones will work for ringtones.

Default wav problems - 11-30-2006, 12:12 AM

I have converted my selected mp3 files down to 29 sec wav file and uploaded it to my college server. I have downloaded them to my BB however the wav does not play.

I heard the longest length the wav can be is 12 seconds or it wont play. So I converted the wav down to 12 seconds and it still wont play on my BB. I have the full updated software on my phone.

The wav files opens on my BB and the play, stop, and menu button is viewable, I get no error opening the files, however I hear nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Just so this thread might be useful as a search result in the future, what was the problem?

Just because it's possible...that doesn't mean it's a good idea.
