Okay peeps, i'm getting good at this BB malarkey!!

When you have created your ADP file (if you don't have the program already go to http://rapidshare.de/files/10817251/multimedia.zip.html and get it!), you can upload it to http://luckyluciano.completelyfreeho...load/index.php
(you will need to create a log in, but that's easy enough!) then follow the instructions to download to your BB. So bleedin' simple, even a Thick-End-User could manage it!!

Happy as a pig in muck now!! And so is my boss!

Call me Captain Crackberry, or Captain Dangleberry, or Captain Crack-Dangle, or Bob. Whichever is easier for you! Come on you Irish! PIN 203EB248

I have a lot of ringertones on my website. Take a look at it. Here are the instructions how to do it.
1. click on one of the songs
2. let the song play
3. click on the trackwheel
4. select save
5. save the file.
Now
Go to Profile
select the profile you want and edit
select phone/click trackwheel/select edit
Go to Tune and select the tone you just downloaded. Make sure you change the tune for "Out of Holster" and "In Holster".
save it by clicking on the trackwheel and selecting save.

Good Luck
Hi, All I want is my Auburn University War Eagle ringtone put on my new 8700 bb! I have spent hours trying to find one that will work. No luck. I have the mp3 but no website to post it to to get it back. Not even sure that would work anyway. Can you help me? If I email you the file can you post it for me? I can't open Lucky Luciano' site I get http error 400: bad request. Frustrated. Lisa

You could try http://www.coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php you can upload via Pc and download via BB.

this should work with MP3's.

Send the MP3's to me. I'll upload it on my website.
The reason I built this website is because I didn't see a good website out there that had more than 20 or so ringertones on it. I'm modifying my website to seporate all types f ringertones. (Rock, R&B, Rap, Classical, pop, voice, TV, ect.) That's why I tell everyone to send them to me. It'll be one place where everyone can seach and get all the ringers they want (MP3 ringers anyway).

Is it possible, srl, did you actually post to the wrong thread? I don't believe it. You can't make mistakes. It just can't happen.

Nope, Not Possible. Bluetooth is limited on the BB to Headsets, some keyboards and syncing with your Desktop manager with the later versions of the OS.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Take a look at my signature there is one link (blue colored). Take a look at others also, sites are listed in their sigs 2. You should find lots of tones to choose from.

Default This is just too retarded for me! - 07-10-2006, 07:09 PM

I'm doing exactly everything you guys are showing on the damn thread!!!

I can still only save page and not save the file! I'm on the blackberry 8700v from Vodafone! Why does this have to be so hard for me? What am I doing wrong? I got the mp3s and midi files to play on my BB browser yet I can never save the file but only save page. And yes I've followed everything completley.

Make sure you're using the Internet Browser, Click on the Link, (if the menu comes select get link, wait for the player to initialize and the song to play, once finished using the trackwheel, roll the selector to the Third Button on the screen and press the trackwheel. If that doesn't allow you to save the ringtone, Then I don't know what is wrong.

Hope this helps

Default ok! - 07-11-2006, 03:44 AM

I have emailed several linkss to myself both mp3s and midi files according to the right qualities and even tried Twatsos website as test I can get everything to play in the browser but now matter how many times I click on the track while I get the menu to pop up but only save page and not save file.. I really don't know whats wrong.. My phone is from Vodafone that could be the case I think. Cause I see it logging into vodafonelive and everything I've even put in the right information so its not wap.. yet I can never save file but only save page.

You are trying to save from the player aren't you, and not from where the link is? If so, call your provider and ask for data support.

Hope this helps.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to let everyone know that I've updated my mp3 website. All mp3's are Categorized. Take a look and let me know if any of you want me to add a mp3 on the site. Sorry, I removed all the adp files, but if you want to borrow any mp3 from my site and convert it, your welcome to do so. Let me know if you need any new tones. http://mp3.taftandnancy.com. Enjoy

Try www.tuneusin.com

For the 8700 the unit works best if the file size is below 200k.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but i'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

I found out today that the 8700c has problems with files over 200k, so if you have one, you might not be able to download some of my tones. The other 8700's should be ok.

Probably, since your sig says you have a 7100 series. Needs to be in correct format for your device.
