Default Custom themes? - 01-12-2007, 09:31 PM

I just recently switched to the Blackberry pearl from the Sony Ericson W810i. On my Sony Ericson phone it was really easy to create custom themes. On this phone it is a pain in the ass. I downloaded and installed the plazmic content developers kit but it doesn't have any 8100 base themes. Is it possible to download an 8100 theme, edit it in theme builder, and then load it onto my phone?

I sent off an email the other day and the reply i got was worded like this.

"unfortunatly we are not able to comment on the product we will offer..." "..my best advice is that you check back very soon as we may or may not be planning these updates shortly"

Well that really sucks. I guess I can wait 6 months until I get an iphone. It is kind of frustrating though, orange has to be the ugliest color in the entire world. Is there any way I can use the tmobile theme(s) on my Cingular phone?
