Default Theme help - 01-17-2007, 12:13 AM

So I just bought the Blackberry Pearl today from cingular. While Im still getting used to it I noticed that one thing I wanted to change was the layout of the icons. I saw the pic encluded and thought thats almost perfect.

So my question is what theme is it and how do I get it and how to install? Im a little confused reading posts regarding how to do it. Thanks for the help.

and the software version on the phone is... v4.2.0.71

Welcome to the forums,

That is a TMobile Zen theme with a different wallpaper for the background. You can get it by following the instructions in this thread:

No, choose the one that matches your software version. It should say Cingular 4.2.0.88/4.2.0.71

Make sure that the Installation Download is downloaded and installed on your PC...after installing Desktop manager, of course.

Then download the blackberry.alx file and replace yours with the downloaded one (rename or move the old one so you can easily move it back if necessary.) Then connect the BB, run desktop manager and it will see that an update is necessary. Just follow the instructions closely that are provided in that thread by Jibi.
