so incase other people on here wanted certain ringtones without lots of hassle or paying. i made a bunch of mine at www mbuzzy com (cant post links yet). all you do is load up your mp3, set the parameters (what part will play) and then have them send it to your phone. its free too, so i thought it was pretty sweet. they have tones of other things too.

If you have a copy of the song you want to use, you can get wavepad from download.com. I have made plenty of ringtones this way, and then just use DM to transfer them to your Pearl.

i just downloaded wavelab, and that looks easy and intuitive as well. that might even be the better solution because you don't require internet (and for those of you without data plans) can just put the file on you phone from dm.

I Been Using Wavepad for such a Long Time, So if anyone wants me to make any ringtones ill gladly do it. I already made like ten but there all hip hop lol

i have a 7290 and i hate that i cant have any cool ringtones. is there anybody that will be able to create or tell me where i can create ringtones that are compatible with my phone. thanks!
