Default HELP: Program Files.... - 01-23-2007, 12:29 PM

i need help with this....C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\-after i click Research In Motion....i dont have the Shared folder and the Loader Files...how do i get them??

You'll need to download and install to your PC the OS package for your handheld's OS version.

Also, please be aware of, and learn to use, our "Search" feature on the forums. There is lots of great info already here. Also at the top each of the forums are "sticky's" (they start with "Attention" and are loaded with lots of great info including OS upgrade FAQ's.

Yes, download the OS that matches what you have installed on your BB. On the BB go to Options >About and see what version you have installed. Then download that package and install to your PC.

hey i went to the "ABOUT" and it says- v4.1.0.344(Platform 2.2.0.149......whcih one should i download because i dont see one that matches it.....again sorry for the stupid questions
