I have the opportunity of selling some unlocked sim-free BB devices to a company who use BT Mobile's BlackBerry service. (BT Mobile is a virtual operator on Vodafone's underlying network.)

The users will want to reinstall the BT Mobile theme on their devices. Whilst I've seen links to download various themes, eg O2, Vodafone, etc, I haven't seen one for BT Mobile and suspect this isn't freely available.

Would the BT Mobile theme be sitting on the BES somewhere? If so, could it be downloaded on to the new devices from there?
