Ok after searching and not finding anything that would help, I'll post this out there for any ideas. I have a nextel 7520...

Under my profiles I use LOUD as my (Active) profile. I have set 3 exceptions for certain callers. I have their ringtone turned up to LOUD and for some reason all three of the exceptions still barely ring like they are set to LOW. Screen looks like this:

Load (Active)
Vibrate
Quiet
Normal
Phone Only
Off
------------------
Use Active Profile Except for:
_ Family
_ Police Department
_ I&I

Any ideas or know problems out there I am missing? I have tried resetting, battery pulling and all the standard BB if all else fails solutions.

Dood, I have the same problem. When I edit it, I turn everything on to loud and I hear it playing my ringtone at a loud volume. I save it and everything seems to work fine until I receive a call. Then it sounds as if I have the volume set to low... It's weird. It was working fine like 5 days ago. If you find out how to resolve the issue let me know. I'm still trying to figure it out and I'll post back if I find out anything new.

Actually, I looked only some more and I figure out my problem. I'm not sure if it will help with you but all I did was call someone and turn on my speakphone. Put the speakerphone volume all the way up and that will fix your ringtone volume. It's some sort of glitch with the OS I think. Incoming calls were really quite on my phone because a while ago I had changed the speakerphone volume.
