Default 8800 Theme Removal - Indigo - 04-03-2007, 12:18 AM

Hey there,

I'm sorry if this question is absurd, but I'm a newbie to Blackberry.

I got this theme called Indigo, by krader.

I used PocketMac Sync to install the krader_indigo.alx

I managed to get the theme's name to show up under Option>Themes> (in my BB), but it wouldn't response when I press down the pearl button.

I also tried pressing the menu button to see if I can delete it, but that's also no go. Pressing the delete button does nothing. That item on the theme list is just competely unusable. However, I still can use other themes just fine.

It's just bugging me that it's sitting there. I really want to remove it off the theme list. Any suggestion?

I'm on a Mac, and my provider is Rogers Wireless (so, I have the 8800r)

Unless you got the theme from an under the table source, it's probably not for the 8800. If the theme is not valid for the device it will show on the list, but you will not be able to activate it.

Sorry, it was really early when I posted that.

Go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications
Find it on the list, press the menu key and select delete

I'll try to be more awake next time
