Default Clarification for jibi .alx thread, please

Please Login to Remove!

I have the recently spotted 4.2 release on my 8700, but forgot to edit the alx files before I loaded the OS. There's now a pre-edited .alx file about too

Do I HAVE to reload the OS to get the extra themes in now, or is there a way to add them retrospectively? I'm shure I've done this before, but can't remember how or spot a thread that explains it
