Default Help!!!! Ringtone Volume Isn't Working!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry for the caps for the title. I generally don't like it when people do that but it does get people's attention.
Anyway, my problem is that I downloaded ringtones for my BB and they were working fine until about 5 days ago. Then all of a sudden the volume on them got screwed up. That is, I am able to edit the volume going into phone options and I can hear that it is loud and it saves and everything. But when someone calls me the volume of the ringtone that I have saved on LOUD is no loud at all but more like medium or even low. At first I thought it was something wrong with my speakers, but that doesn't explain how I am able to hear it when I edit it. The speaker works fine as does all the other applications on my BB, but whenever I receive a call my ringtone volume is a lot quieter than I have it set to.
Has anyone else had this same problem? If so how can it be fixed? I am relatively new to the BB phone, but I am not a complete noob. I've already made sure I save the profile and it was working fine until a few days ago when it just decided to stop working the way it is supposed to. I changed to a ringtone that was already on the phone to see if it was something wrong with the ringtones that I had downloaded and it did the same thing. Volume is set up high and saved but it doesn't seem to realize it.
