Ok so ive been having some trouble getting new themes on my 8800. I was told by someone that many 8700 themes would work, i did an ota download and when i go to theme in options it doesnt show up. I didnt install Plazmic reader because i read on the forum it wasnt needed as the 8800 came with a theme loader, is that correct?

Themes made in theme builder for 8700 sometimes work I believe, but that's it.

Is this theme any where for the 8800 its as listed above BB Insight-List. It is on the 8700c and I was wondering if any one knows where I can get this or a similar theme.

RIM produced 8700 themes will not work on the 8800. So no, insight is not available, nor are any list themes for 4.2.x software.

will rim eventually release themes for the 8800?

Does anyone know if Plazmic 4.2 will support 8800 anytime in the future instead of just the 8100 at present?

If/when support becomes available it will be in a new version of theme builder. I would guess 4.2.1 or 4.2.2
