Hello everyone, I'm a new Pearl owner and I'm having some trouble.

I installed the ColorPearl and it was working great. However when I went to Media, to play a file it said:

Unable to display file/Media Card/Blackberry/music/&the name of the song

It said that for all the songs and all the ringtones and all the pictures!

If someone knows what's going on please help me!

I have read another thread on here just tonight. Color Pearl loads and music files won't play.

Delete that application and reboot. I am betting it was that application that caused the problem. To delete, go to Options > Advanced > Applications and find ColorPearl and click Menu > Delete. Then pull the battery to reboot.
