Default New iPhone ringtones? - 06-30-2007, 11:52 AM

I know it's a bit early, but every review for the iPhone I've found mentions the awesome 25-or-so ringtones that are included. Does anyone know where to get them? Thanks.

Also, I'm aware of the one from the keynote address that is already available online.

wow dawg, you got some attitude on you. the guy was just asking a question.

I think what he must be thinking if there are BB pros here, then they must be tech geeks who might know about his question...I for one am curious also.

Default iPhone 1.0 Ringtones - 07-04-2007, 05:50 PM

They are M4A (MPEG-4/AAC Audio) files, and play without conversion on my 8830. They are all 128kbps or 192kbps bit rate, 44.1kHz or 48kHz sample rate, and most are stereo but a few are mono.

Like most ringtones on the 8800/8830, they're a bit quiet and could be louder as ringtones, but play at a decent volume in the Media Player.

Zipped up, it's a little over 2.5MB, download them here: iPhone 1.0 Ringtones (click on "Download file")

That site is not downloading anymore due to exceeding bandwidth, but we have the default iphones ringtone at RingChimp.com - Home

Look in the MobileCo section. Will try to get more as we can.
