When I open Media Manager it says "No Device is connected". However, my BB8700 is connected.....it even shows connected through Desktop Manager. Anyone have any ideas?

What version of the OS are you running on your 8700? You need 4.2 on the device in order to use Media Manager. If you are on 4.1 it won't work.

Go to Options >About. You should see a version number that says (most likely) 4.1.x.x. That needs to say 4.2.x.x. There is a sticky thread in the 8700 forum that tells how to upgrade your OS.
