I haven't been able to find any cool icons at all. The ones that I find and save to the computer save as .ico and I can't use them.

What to do or where to find some good icons?

if you have photoshop you will be able to open the ico file.

I use .ico files sometimes...

I choose the best image (meaning best image size..usually 48x48 and the highest quality)..

then copy and paste the image into a transparent image and resize to the theme spec (zen 48x36)
