Default Ringtone Assistance

Hey guys! I downloaded a ringtone from T Zones and it seemed to be working ok. I bought my SD card today and I edited a song to 15 seconds and put it in my ringtones category. When I choose that as the ringtone for my wife...it plays some jingle stored on the phone. I decided to change it to the paid for ringtone, and it didn't play that either. Basically, I cannot figure out how to set a ringtone for my wife and get it to actually play when she calls. Any ideas?

Open the menu in profiles and select new exception, this will let you set a ring tone to a specific caller.

Make sure you have the use profile set to Active Profile, this way it doesn't matter what profile you have set the exception will still be in place.
