Hi,

I have a Perl and I have search the forum but I don't seems to find a solution for the problem of themes not showing a preview and not allowing me to load them. I am at OS 4.2.1.96 I also have the module com_plazmic_themereader version 4.2.96.

I have installed some of them OTA or via the DM and I get the same results. I have remove the battery a couple of times but and reinstall and remove the battery again but no luck.

I am looking for a Todays theme that I can load on my phone to show msg and calendar info.

Sounds like the themes are not built for your software version. What are the themes you have tried?

Some of the ones I have try are:

com_plazmic_theme_iPhone13a.jad
com_plazmic_theme_iPhone14.jad
com_plazmic_theme_SLZeniPhone2.jad
com_plazmic_theme_T4BB_Vista_Today.cod

Where did they come from? Simply listing the cod files doesn't explain what they are.

Well I can tell you that the last one is an 8800 theme and as such is not an 8100 theme.
I had no issue loading the first link in a 4.2.0 simulator.

AND..the T4BB is my theme...

Yes that is for the 8800, will not work on a Pearl. PLUS..you listed a COD file, the Zips work with ALX files.
