Default Media Manager says "There is no device connected." - 10-04-2007, 04:58 PM

I open desktop manager and connect my new 8320, then open Media Manager to see the new Roxio media manager. At the top I have "My Media" selected and can see the music on my PC. On the bottom half to the left I have "My Devices" selected and it shows "removable disk (F" but on the right it says "There is no device connected. Please connect your device in order to view its contents".

the device is connected and working. I can backup the phone and do whatever else in the desktop manager.

Any Ideas?

Is mass storage enabled? Can you see the removeable drive in My Computer?

This happens to me too with the 8320 and my 1 gig. I just restart the computer and it starts to work.
