the phone was purchased for unlocked, after severe weather hits left and right, finally received the bb. cosmetic wise, bb is as described. here is the kick, i planned to use the BB on Tmo and original thread indicated BB is unlocked, i have double checked and confirmed with adv option, sim mepd. BB is in fact still LOCKED! emailed Cory, havnt received any response as of yet, I really hope we can have this settled ASAP.

Corey has been around a while and I am sure that he will address this. I hope that he will. Let's see what happens.

yeah totally, i purchased the bb from him, a lot due to the fact he has been on here for a long time.

cory emailed stating he is requesting from RIM for unlock codes, hopefully everything will be resolved shortly.

if everthing fails, i will contact horizon to resolve this

I wouldn't count on it. His signature has been changed. He no longer says that he does unlocking. He web site has been changed around. He removed his PIN from his profile.

I would contact Steve at Horizon Wireless to get it unlocked. His PIN is 20813B76

He told me the same thing. I had to unlock it myself.

I am working on it... when i sold the device, it was intended to be unlocked, however the code came back as not found, so i shipped it and went to process the IMEI via RIM, which can take a while. My intentions were to email you the code once it came in, and i was expecting it back before you got the device, but i am still waiting on it... hopefully not to much longer... for some reason its taking a while

Cory, I hope you'll keep us updated on this deal.

as of last update, i received unlocked code from Cory and tested, everything is in working condition, BB is finally unlocked after all.

with all due respect i would avoid sending biased opinion or feedback regarding this transaction, so below i have ran the dates for all of you for future reference and you will be the judge on the rating system:
