Additional Comments: I'm outta of money and phone so please be careful.

Stated that they would ship the item via FedEX so that package would arrive in time for birthday (19 Jan 09). However, they shipped with USPS Parcel Post? Tried to contact to ask why they would ship that way when they said they would ship FedEX (to this day (17 Feb 09) - still nothing). I think I have been more than patient.

Contacted Paypal to reverse but as of today I'm out of luck. Paypal is worthless. Will contact my credit card to reverse the charge. Paypal account used were:

Sorry to hear. I edited your post above to include the original thread link.

ALL BUYERS: it is wise to ask users for eBay or PayPal references before buying. Likewise, note if your seller is a brand new or recent member of this forum. A longer posting history here indicates more stability and the likelihood of references from establihsed members of this forum.

Berryaddikt84 tried to set up a trade with me for my htc fuze.
he said that he needed his phone for work and that i would have to send first.

then i found this thread and questioned him about his experience with Xcitado, to which he replied

"That issue was rectified once i was notified of it. Fedex lost the package or it was taken from the persons property before there arrival home, and i refunded their money, as well as filed a claim with fedex. Sadly, they wont delete it from the forums once it was posted."

i asked xcitado, and he said that he was never refunded any money and told me to be careful about dealing with this guy. so i tried to call him with the number he gave me and it turned out to be fake.

take what you will from the story, but i personally don't think he can be trusted.
