Could you pleas elaborate on why you have this opinion? It would be helpful to know what happened to cause you to give a low rating.

I purchased a Blackberry Bold 9000. As you can see on his thread. Ive paid everthing, after I paid (PERSONAL PAYMENT ON PAYPAL). Im sure he knew you can't open a DISPUTE on these kind of payments, I got caught of track.

Now hes no where to be found. Ive got our full conversation in my inbox. Well Ive just opened an UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION on PAYPAL, hope I get my $200 back.

Xion, are we to assume that your purchase was never shipped... no tracking number, etc.?

Xion tried to play me like a fool. You can read some of the convo for the gist of it.













I told Xion clearly that I wasn't going to ship until payment cleared. He doesn't even have a confirmed address. Payment cleared today, and I will ship it tomorrow.

Background on the story:
Xion is a sly fox, and tried tricking me to shipping without actually paying. He told me he sent an e-check when there was no record or email from paypal stating such. Only until I explained to him why I'm wasn't going to complete the transaction (out of concern for my safety), did he finally pay. Funny how he said he doesn't have any money in his account then VOILA, money magically appears and he's able to pay me through my original accepted form of payment.

As you can see throughout the convo, I had extremely good reasons to wait until the money cleared into my bank account before shipping. I told him that as well.

Facts:
1. You do get mail on Saturdays, everyone in the US gets mail on Saturdays.
2. You did not send an e-check otherwise I would have been notified.
3. You tried to bribe me into shipping it by saying you would send me $50 in paypal, and then when the "e-check" comes through, I could just refund the $50. (In reality, you would just get a Blackberry Bold for $50.)
4. You're conniving, tricky, and a bad person to deal with.
5. Conclusion? Xion916 0/10
