Tmobs in Central IL here - I have noticed some lagging in PIN messages and was stuck on 'edge' earlier. That's the only noticeable problem I've had, though.

Latest on issue:

The status shows that the ticket is still open in Engineering. I will try and get you the information for resolution as soon as possible.
Sorry for the delay. Some have been resolved.

I have had problems yesterday and today. 'EDGE' was available, yet no data was being transferred. Browser, email, jivetalk, bbm, none of them were working. Txt and phone calls were about it. I was able to transfer data once I moved to a wi-fi area.

here is a little info about tmobile. their whole "open ticket with engineering" system is BS in the purest form. i had an enormous amount of trouble with tmobile when i got my first blackberry. many tickets were open and nothing was ever fixed. it was a localized tower issue and they took a long time to fix it. from speaking with several CSR's and speaking with the regional senior network engineer, those "tickets" that they open when you call up and report a problem, the engineers don't check back in and confirm they are resolved. they will stay open usually forever unless it is a major major national issue. granted, once it was all fixed, it was a great!
