Welcome to the Forums, Bob.

No one has reported any issues.

Have you done a reset, battery pull, etc. ?

Default Thanks....

Thanks for the welcome.

The phone is working (BB 8800); just no email.

Will the pull-the-battery-reset cause any loss of stored information?

Hrmmm...I just did an off-on and while off the indicator light in the upper right hand corner is solid green. I can't find any reference to that in the user guide, which amazingly I still have.

The user guide is porely written. Doing a battery pull fixes a lot of things and is the first thing my users are trained to do before they call me.

Your users are well trained.

The battery pull did the trick.

Many thanks!
