Having issues in St. Petersburg FL with many users from the BES including myself to GSM, EDGE, then edge, and remaining on GSM. Anyone else?

Have also had the same problem all day in Tampa. GSM, EDGE edge back to GSM.

EDGE to GSM to GPRS to EDGE issues earlier this afternoon. Didn't think too much of it at the time.

I got a call from our account rep that the problem has been resolved in my area. All phones on the BES here (150+) are all back to EDGE.
