It took a battery pull and a BIS "Send Service Books" before it resumed service for me on T-Mobile US in Los Angeles, Mid-Wilshire.

At 5:45pm PDT

Add in some Pirate jokes and some praise for US Navy SEAL Snipers to liven up the thread...2009 and Pirates are all the rage.

Had to resend Service Books since the AT&T Tech Support Wizard had me delete my service books. Have my backlogged emails now.

RIM can blame it on the Easter Bunny.

Cheers,

I'm on VZW and am still getting the message, "Your device encountered a problem with this applications server...." when trying to update the password on one of my email accounts. Is anyone else still having this issue? I've done a battery-pull with no luck and had my service books resent...

Now you can call me STORMin' Norman, except my name isn't Norman.

Seconded here...after I did this, mail starting coming back after 6pm EDT outside Philly.

Did RIM ever release a reason for the outage? I'm curious!

Verizon Wireless 9630 Tour....finally switched to 'Big Red' and the Tour made me do it!
