Is anybody having connectivity issues right now. I am in northern IN. I am trying to resend my service books and receiving the message "Your device encountered a problem with this applications server". I have full 1XEV. I have done a battery pull just in case, as well as disabled and enabled my connections...

Just contacted VZW and they say RIM is having issues and to try re-sending in an hour or so. FWIW.

In Tampa Bay, FL on T-Mobile I haven't been able to get e-mail on 8900 for about an hour, I sent myself a message from BB and I never got it on my laptop

Both of you, with your device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds, replace the battery and reboot.

Again.

Same here on AT&T w/Bold. About an hour with no email.

Yes I did that 2X just to be sure me thinks this is a RIM issue

I'm still in the dark. I haven't received any emails in the last few hours. Must be a RIM issue with BIS.

I'm in central Texas, no web access with the Browser or Opera Mini, yahoo! Messenger is spotty. Not happy about this.

in california, still facing issue. customers have reported similar issue from different parts of the country. carriers - verizon, att

Boston mass was out. Then got a bunch of emails.
Now not getting any again

PS just updated my os to a beta version and i thought it was that. lol

I can receive mail addressed to but none of the others.
Have not received the service books that I tried to send to myself.
Give away is the 2 minutes it takes to login to the blackberry site to allow the service books to be sent.

I finally got my new work email to work on my BlackBerry...and when I tried to send the service books, a pop-up said the books could not be sent. I tried to access my browser...and it wouldn't load.

I then called AT&T...and they told me the problem was RIM and not AT&T...that BIS was basically down for a few hours!!

I'm bummed...

Still out here in Cincinnati on Verizon. I get an error message when trying to resend service books from my BB or threw the BIS site.
Data seems to be slow as well (internet). I have just been using the Gmail app for now so I still have access to my e-mail .

No emails for some time now in San Diego on ATT. after 2 battery pulls now too.

I am not having any problems with my @att.blackberry.net address, but all other addresses are extremely delayed.

Appears back up in Nashville - Browser is smokin, probably since most others are still down.

I called in and was told.
Sprint Nationwide outage for BlackBerry smart phones only

Had the same issue for like 5pm ~ 10pm(ish) EST in DC/VA area as well.(yesterday)
