Default Bis Down(rogers)

Please Login to Remove!

Currently,users are recieving the action required update password emails on the BB to validate email accounts.

You cannot validate,BIS will tell you password is invalid.

Users cannot integrate new email accounts or edit any details.

Experiencing long load times coated with timeouts and proxy errors.

Email delivery to blackberry phones is halted and there is no ETA on resolution time,.

We are currently aware of the situation and RIM has no advised us of the ETA to when it will be fixed.

Ok so here is an update.

Anyone with Hotmail,Live,MSN,Sympatico accounts,attempt to login to your BIS account and delete the email from the BIS and reintegrate them.

It may tell you that the password or email is invalid,but just keep trying.
