Hey first time in this section, so please bare with me...

Two of our clients both have Verizon BBs, they are not having issues with any kind of data, just authenticating with the server. But we do not host their BES server. Just emails.

I only ask because it's 2 clients with the same carrier. and the same exact issue. maybe a licensing issue?
