Anyone experiencing sporadic messages and late deliveries on BBM starting aorund 5:30pm PST?

Here in the UAE - Etisalat, i am noticing lag for about a week now. Hope it will stop soon. Or someone has to tell me that it is something on my setup.

(.266 & BBM 5.0 for 4.6.0)
