Seems like there is an outage because of one of the towers.

Well if it's just a tower it will only affect a small area. Maybe 2 miles max. Do you have a zip code of were the outage is at? Being in LA you should have over lapping coverage.

Must not be too major of an outage. Was in the LA area and now in San Diego -- all no problems.

I have not had experienced any issues with T-Mobile for several weeks, and none of our T-Mobile users have contacted Support.
