Seems that Rogers data is out today. No ETA on a fix. Some people may get data to work by locking their phone to 2G only.

Work Summary: A problem with one of the Serving GPRS Support Node has been identified. As it provides the gateway for data services mobile devices will not be able to achieve a data connection. Rogers is currently redirecting traffic to use redundant GPRS Serving nodes.
