Email keeps bouncing back saying either too many connections to this host or that the domain does not resolve. This includes our company email and email from sources like gmail.com. Anyone else see this?

Sounds like a network problem or it is set up wrong on your device. You need to log into your BIS and confirm the settings. Might also call Sprint and see if there are any outages reported in your area o problems with BB data.

But, you really should not be using that address. Here's why:

1. Totally unfiltered for SPAM. If the address gets harvested, you will get more SPAM than you wish.

2. You cannot take it with you when and if you change carriers.

3. The only way to read email to that account is on the BB itself. In the event of a data outage, you cannot send or receive email to that account. There is no webmail option.

Experience the same thing (too many connection, domain doesn't resolve) on multiple carriers on BIS. Started around 9am Eastern. It has now cleared and our messages started delivering around 1:20 Eastern.
