Hi, I am on T-Mobile using BIS around, 11:10AM today I noticed I stopped receiving E-Mails to my Blackbbery account and 3 other BIS set up E-Mail accounts, I sent a test E-Mail to all E-Mail accounts, did a battery pull, Sent Service Books said they were sent, but did not receive them. Anyone else having any issues?

Not receiving anything on Sprint either (Central PA). I also saw another thread where T-Mobile users are not able to receive anything.

We use sprint and I have sparatic not all users are having an issue with laggs, the hourglass is stuck I have also tried to take battery out no working. Sprint says its black berry problems.

can't send or recieve messages Email way behind hardly anything at all.
Did not see the post called Verizon spent 35 minutes with the tech. They called rim. rim first said a small fglitch had occured then after I said there are posts on several forums a tier 2 came on said the issue is all networks and the email and messages should be working right before the end of the day. Once again Rim does not just tell the customers or the companies there is an issue and wastes customers time. Sick of the way Rim handles it's outages.  |

BES email is via a seperate network that your company owns. this ensures complete security and message delivery. The BIS accts are down for all carriers currently. It is a nationwide outage. No estimated time to resolution posted yet here at ATT BDS

Not for me. BES is always instantaneous. BIS with Google nearly so.

For what it's worth, I'm on BIS / ATT and was down since 8am this morning.
Re-sending service books didn't do the trick for me a few minutes ago, so I deleted the email account from BIS and then re-added it.
I'm now back online...
