Default UK BIS 26/27th Sept - 09-27-2009, 10:11 AM

I did talk about this in another thread but figured I should have put it by itself. Have not have any service since yesterday (saturday) I can use the dedicated o2 email address on the device but pop3 imap , nothing . Anyone else?

Do a powered ON battery removal and reboot.

There was a European RIM BIS outage for upgrades Saturday, about a four hour window, but it is up and working.

Thanks - does a powered on reboot mean remove the battery when the BB is connected to the charger?

no, it means remove the battery while the phone in on.
i.e dont press the off button first.
