It might help if you posted your geographic area, because we know there is no nationwide Tmobile outage or there would many more people asking.
Meanwhile, you might do a powered on battery pull.
or Options > Advanced > HRT > Menu key > Register.
if still nothing, resend your service books from the BIS login account.
