yes, via chat and every attempt to fix the outage proved futile.
I took the battery out and rebooted, I attempted to update the profile via mobile network to restore the data services...nothing, nada. The service rep also told me that there were NO outages in my area at all.
HOWEVER...and I don't want to call it coincidence, but when I had my old number ported from the old provider I noticed that my BB messenger, & the browser stopped working. The service rep on the chat told me that once the old number is ported from the old provider it will take up to 72 hours to take effect.
this is just unreal.
edit: now I was told that porting numbers had nothing to do with the outage... so I'm kinda stuck. Guess I'll just go to the Sprint store and hopefully they can figure this out.
